Hi Sir/Madam, I am going to attend an interview for the post of Software Engineer in Great Software Laboratory, Pune. But I don’t know what salary they are providing for this post. If you know then please tell me that what salary they are going to offer me for Software Engineer post.

Currently there are multiple openings for various roles in Great Software Laboratory, Pune.

Salary:

Salary will be depending upon your total experience and offered role.
If you are a fresher, you can expect an Annual package of 3.00 LPA and and above.
For experienced candidate, they can expect a hike of 30% - 40% over the current CTC.

Job description :

Passionate and logically strong candidates having 1-7 years of experience.
No language or technology constraint.
Should be willing to work on a new language.
Should have good analytical skills.
Should be good at debugging and should have a love for quality code.
Should continuously strive to improve.

Selection Procedure:
------------------------
1. First there will be a Technical round of interview where you will be asked technical questions as per their requirements to verify your technical skill
2. Next there will be a Managerial round of interview where will be asked scenario based question to check your capability to handle critical situations.
3. If you be able to clear all the above 2 rounds of interview you will be asked for HR discussion where they will discuss about your Annual Package.
