Hi friends, I am little afraid because I want to secure a job in Great Software Laboratory, Pune. Actually they are going to conduct an interview for the post of Software Engineer. Please let me know about the selection procedure for this post in this interview.

Job description :

Passionate and logically strong candidates having 1-7 years of experience.
No language or technology constraint.
Should be willing to work on a new language.
Should have good analytical skills.
Should be good at debugging and should have a love for quality code.
Should continuously strive to improve.

Selection Procedure:
------------------------
1. First there will be a Technical round of interview where you will be asked technical questions as per their requirements to verify your technical skill
2. Next there will be a Managerial round of interview where will be asked scenario based question to check your capability to handle critical situations.
3. If you be able to clear all the above 2 rounds of interview you will be asked for HR discussion where they will discuss about your Annual Package.

Selection Procedure for Software Engineer in Great Software Laboratory :

Based on Interview they will select the candidates for the post of Software Engineer. There is no other selection process to get job in Great Software Laboratory.

You should have Job experience from 1 to 4 years.

And also you must have good communication skills.
