Hello, I just want to know about the criteria for selection in Capgemini, Kolkata for the post of L&D Admin Process Assistant. Actually I am interested to give the interview and work as a L&D Admin Process Assistant in this company. So, I want to know about the selection criteria.

Selection criteria in Capgemini, Kolkata L&D Admin Process Assistant interview are as follows:-

1. Online Test.
2. Technical Rounds.
3. Manager's Round +Comms. Round.
4. HR Interview.
