Hello, I just want to know about the criteria for selection in ThoughtWorks Technologies Pune for the post of Application Developer. Actually I am interested to give the interview and work as an Application Developer in this company. So, I want to know about the selection criteria.

The selection criteria of ThoughtWorks Technologies, Pune for the profile of Application Developer would be on the basis of:-

1)Skills:- Knowledge of Oracle or SQL Server.
2)Work Experience:-Must have 5 to 12 years of works experience in development and delivery of Ruby on Rails, Java, Scala or mobile technologies etc.
3)Communication skills:-Must have excellent communication skills.
4)Skill and Aptitude test:-Mandatory to qualify for Application Developer profile.
