Hello everyone, can anyone of you kindly tell me about the selection procedure which Cognizant, Hyderabad emerges in the interview for the post of Software Engineer? I am preparing for this interview so I want to know about the selection procedure first.

If you are appearing for the interview, you will be undergo few rounds of interview as below:

1. Aptitude Test: You have to clear the online Aptitude test to qualify for the next round.

2. Technical Interview: They will ask technical questions as per their requirements to verify your technical skill for the require profile.

3. Managerial Interview: After clearing the technical round you have to get appear for Managerial round of interview where they will ask scenario based questions.

4. HR Discussion: Once you cleared all the above 3 rounds of interview, you will be asked for HR discussion where they will discuss about you annual package and your responsibility.

The selection procedure of Cognizant Hyderabad Software Engineer interview is based on abilities, knowledge, skills, experience and various other related factors.

There are different stages of the selection process.

Aptitude Test
Cognizant Technical Interview
Cognizant HR Interview
Written Examination

Academic criteria is given below.

--> There should not be any backlogs
--> Education gap should be of upto 1 year
--> There should be total of 60% in class X,XI and BTech

There is 4 rounds of interview in Cognizant Hyderabad for Software Engineer .

1)Written exam,

2)Technical interview,

3)Managerial interview and

Academic Criteria:

1) A candidate must have more than 60% marks in 10th and 12th (or diploma).

2) A candidate must have a minimum of 60% marks in graduation.

3) A maximum gap of 1 year is permissible after HSC(12th) and not after SSC(10th) or in between semesters of graduation
