Hello everyone, can anyone of you kindly tell me about the selection procedure which Cognizant, Hyderabad emerges in the interview for the post of Software Engineer? I am preparing for this interview so I want to know about the selection procedure first.

If you are appearing for the interview, you will be undergo few rounds of interview as below:
1. Aptitude Test: You have to clear the online Aptitude test to qualify for the next round. 2. Technical Interview: They will ask technical questions as per their requirements to verify your technical skill for the require profile. 3. Managerial Interview: After clearing the technical round you have to get appear for Managerial round of interview where they will ask scenario based questions. 4. HR Discussion: Once you cleared all the above 3 rounds of interview, you will be asked for HR discussion where they will discuss about you annual package and your responsibility. There is 4 rounds of interview in Cognizant Hyderabad for Software Engineer .
1)Written exam, 2)Technical interview, 3)Managerial interview and 4)HR interview. Academic Criteria: 1) A candidate must have more than 60% marks in 10th and 12th (or diploma). 2) A candidate must have a minimum of 60% marks in graduation. 3) A maximum gap of 1 year is permissible after HSC(12th) and not after SSC(10th) or in between semesters of graduation |
