Hello Sir, I want to prepare for the interview of Capgemini Bangalore for the post of Engineer Trainee. I would like to know the selection procedure in this company for this post. Kindly let me know about the procedure of selection.

Selection procedure for Engineer Trainees in Capgemini Bangalore is as follows.

Applicant will be shortlisted on the basis of qualification and experience.

Shortlisted applicants will go through number of interviews.

Final selection will be done through HR interview.

Applicant must be proficient at any one programming language to be eligible for this role.
