Selection Procedure in EPAM Systems for the role of Junior Software Engineer recruitment:

The selection process of this EPAM Systems for the position of Junior Software Engineer recruitment is as follows.

Basically the selection process consists of 4 rounds, they are

<> 1st Round : Online Coding Challenge on Java
Duration - 150 Minutes

Those who are shortlisted in the round 1 will be called for appearing in the further rounds.

<> 2nd Round: Online Coding Challenge on Java
Duration - 120 Minutes

<> 3rd Technical Round: Face to Face Interview
Duration - 60 Minutes

<> 4th Round: HR Interview/ Behavioral Assessment
Duration - 60 Minutes
