Selection procedure :

The first contact was a screening call with two members of the technical staff.

It was an hour long session of questions about the minutia of Java (collections, concurrency, ABC/Interfaces) and Devlops of which they were seeking very specific answers.

Phone Interview with hiring manager and then phone interview with a lead.

Average Interview overall. Was invited for an onsite interview at their CA office.

Hiring manager explained clearly about the role.
