Hi friends, I am a little afraid because I want to secure a job at Birlasoft Pune. Actually they are going to conduct an interview for the post of Trainee Developer. Please let me know about the selection procedure for this post in this interview.

Applicant will be shortlisted on the basis of qualification, skills and experience.

Shortlisted applicants will go through number of interviews.

Applicant's final selection will be done through HR interview.

Applicant must be 2020 batch graduate.

Applicant must be good at soft skills.
