Hello everyone, I just want to know that what are the skills required to join KPMG, Pune as an Associate? I want to become an Associate in this company so I want to know about the essential skills. Thank you!

Essential skills which is required to become an Associate in KPMG, Pune are;

You must have strong written and verbal
communication skills.
You must have good analytical and problem solving skills.
You must have knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
You must have basic understanding of IT systems.

Require Skill set:

1. You must have good communication skill.

2. You must have good analytical and problem solving skill.

3. You must have good understanding of ITIL framework.

4. You must have knowledge of Microsoft products like word, excel, power point etc.

An associate profile in KPMG is considered to be the fresher's profile and company hire freshers at the low package as possible.

When it comes to the skill set then it is the same as for any engineering graduate who is aspiring to become software engineer in any company.

You must have basic understanding of the below technology and language:

1. Java
2. HTML/CSS
3. React/Angular
4. Javascript
5. c/c++
6. Data Structure and algorithm
7. OOPS concept in java as well as in javascript

If you have basic understand of the above tech stack then you are best fit for KPMG.
