Skills required to become a Customer Service Executive in Capita Offshore Services?


Hi friends, I am an BTech CSE graduate and going to attend an interview of Capita Offshore Services for the post of Customer Service Executive. I would like to know about the skills which are required to achieve this particular post. Please tell me if you know.

Skills required to become a Customer Service Executive in Capita Offshore services as follows :

-Customer service role which involves processing cases on webchats and / or email.

-Through web chat provide responses to the queries raised by the customer.

-Make any relevant changes to the customers profiles on the systems.

-Shift are UK shifts (Rotational, which also includes night shifts).
