Dear friends, please help me to know about the skills which are necessarily required to join Flextronics Chennai as a Junior Engineer. I am preparing for the interview for this particular post in Flextronics Chennai. so I want to know about the skills required for this post. Thank you!

Skills required to become a Junior Engineer in Flextronics Chennai as follows:-
1. Strong business communication skills.
2. Strong complication-solving and high predicament skills.
3. Explanatory and systematic wise development skills.
4. Knowledge of manufacturing set up.
5. Knowledge of the EMS industry.
6. Knowledge of engineering change orders (ECO).
7. Handling of large projects and manufacturing documentations.

Skills required to become a Junior Engineer in Flextronics

Knowledge of electrical and electronic componentsExcellent written and oral communication skills MANDATORY.

Working Knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Excel, MS Word)

Good team player

Minimum 0- 2 years of experience as a in a Manufacturing set up, preferably in EMS industry
