You must have good communication skills.
You must have knowledge on email app.
You must have willingness to work in the night shift (US shift).
You must be must be customers focused, and and be prepared to do whatever you want to do to solve customer's issues.
You should be a team player.
You must have 0 - 2 years of experience in customer facing role.
