You are required to troubleshoot and resolve all the technical & non-technical problems related to products of the company.

You are required to work closely with Engineering and sales teams.

You are required to support the development team in prioritizing the feature requests based on customer feedback.

You are required to handle escalations for post-installation issues.

You will have to creating FAQ and documentation related to product training and support.
