I got 67% in 10th, 73 %in 12th, and 75% in b.tech(ece), i want job in top IT company like google, apple, microsoft, tcs etc.......am i eligible?

As per marks criteria, you are not eligible for TCS recruitment.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for TCS is,

TCS= 60%

You should not have any pending backlog.

Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for TCS recruitment.
