What is the credibility of L&T automation academy at Navi Mumbai. Does they help in placement. I am am Electrical engineer and unable to get a job. Finally I got a training opportunity at L&T automation academy at Navi Mumbai It is chargeable. But i am impressed with the name L&T. Will it help me

In L&T you have to execute a new bond with company in which 1st year is of training and 2nd year for evaluation

If you get 1st rating with promotion, then you will get good hike upto 12k per month.
But if you don't get promotion then same will be around 8k.

If you get 1st rating as 6 with promotion, then its better for anyone to stay in , otherwise it's better to search for other options.
