I am preparing for the interview of Amazon Pune for the post of Customer Service Associate. I want to crack this interview so I need to know what questions they are asked in the HR round? Please tell me about this asap.

-Generally this is a personal introduction round and they will ask you about general topics to check your communication skills. They are checking about your thought process and responsible behaviour over the phone with customers.
