What is the procedure syntel follows for appointment?


Its 2016 right now and I have received call from syntel for selection. But haven’t got any email regarding date of joining. I want to know have you placed in syntel or not ?
Please reply as soon as possible.

The Syntel test pattern and selection procedure-
you have to give a Written Exam followed by the Group Discussion then Technical Interview round and lastly the HR Interview.
Academic Criteria:
55% throughout the academic career(Class X, XII, Graduation and post graduation).
Pending backlogs are not allowed.
Maximum gap of 1 year is allowed.
