I have got the LOI from Syntel few days ago. CS/IT students got their joining but they delayed Date of joining of Electronics student. Why this has happened? I am afraid of loosing this job?

There is nothing to get afraid as you will get the joining since you have received LOI from Syntel. The joining is given on the basis of various factors. One such factor is branch of engineering and business need. Computer Science and Information Technology are most preferred branches of engineering. Hence the graduates from CS/IT got their joining early. However, there is nothing to worry as you all will be getting the joining soon probably in the upcoming joining batch.
