I have failed in 1 subjects in inter 1st year and high rated high I writed supplementary . I passed next I will do engineering .inter supplementary memo affect software job.plzz tell me

In such a case , you will not get any preference just because of your backlog.
You will be 2nd or 3rd choice during selection.
Although experience in that field and knowledge matters the most.
But some companies give preference to academic background also.
There are chances of you getting job but low rate job.

First of all, you already had backlogs before placements and later have supplementary exam after placement, there may be some hesitation on the part of the employer.
But, if they had already factored in your backl;ogs.

And yet found you fit for the job, they might allow you to clear the Supplementray and then join.
So, Placement interviews are mainly for testing employability.
