Yes, you can get work visa for working in Kuwait if you are from India. There is no problem if you are from poor background. You need to have a valid passport. Then you need to apply for visa in the consulate of Kuwait in India. Online applications for visa can be made. However, you need to have a job offer from any organization in Kuwait and work permit from the employer in Kuwait. You need to submit them along with visa application. Then there will be an interview which you need to clear, followed by stamping in your visa and then you will be given visa date from which your visa will be valid.
