In order to get in to Andhra Bank as a probationary officer seems very tough. The candidates have to clear a written examination in order to make it in to such a recognized bank. The entrance program includes a written test followed by a personal interview. The written test is divided in to two parts. The first part is objective type multiple choice paper that has questions from various sections. The sections are reasoning ability, quantitative aptitude, general awareness, and English language. The subjective section which is the second part of the written test has long descriptive questions which are compulsory to be answered. The answers can either be in Hindi or English.
