This paper specialized in Life and Non-Life concepts. The scheme of the paper will have six technical topics in the marine insurance branch. The students will also need to get familiar with the practical aspects related to these topics. There will be ten questions. The first question involves numerical as well as theory .The students are required to answer only eight questions and compulsory questions are not present. The questions on theory and mathematical problems are essay type and must be addressed in details. The paper will also have other topics that will be mentioned in the syllabus which the students are required to go through as preparation. The topics are based on the duties of the underwriter and the application and other such oriented questions. Some of the questions are on evaluation of the risks involved in the insurance of tail-end of transit, deck cargo or summarizing the liabilities included and excluded in the Collision Liability Clause.
