The Cadence Placement Paper is given usually for purposes of job recruitment. It is an all objective type question paper with multiple choice answers. There are four options given for each question from which the candidate has to mark only one. The paper has both technical and aptitude test questions. The questions in the technical section include both software and hardware related ones. There are twenty technical questions approximately. The aptitude test questions are based on logic, reasoning and analysis. There are 55 such questions approximately to be answered in 45 marks. It is mainly a speed and accuracy test.
