Cadence was founded in the year 1997. The company provides IT solutions to both small and medium sized enterprises. The company has aligned itself with many renowned IT services providers including Lotus, IBM, HP, and Cisco. The company is dedicated towards providing its customers with the best IT infrastructure. Networking forms the major field of interest of the company.

The company needs engineers which can successfully meet the work standards of Cadence. For this purpose, the company recruits engineers from premier institutes of our country. The selection procedure of the company’s recruitment process is given below.

First of all there is an Aptitude Test. It consists of 100 questions with time allotted 25 minutes. There is no negative marking.

The next stage is a Technical test. This test consists of 70 questions and the time allotted is 40 minutes. The questions are from topics like OS, RDBMS, Networking, C Applications. There can be some electronics based questions also.

The next phase of the selection process is a Group Discussion. A topic is given and the participants are required to speak for 1 minute.

Successful candidates are called for a Technical Interview and later an HR interview. Both the interviews take around 45 minutes each.
