Sanskrit is taken as an important subject of CBSE class 10 educational programs. This is a 100 marks written examination and 3 hours are given. Extra 15 minutes is also given to read the question paper. There are four sections in the question paper. In the first section unseen comprehension is given and students have to answer a few questions which are related to the passage. Second section is about writing skills in which a student is given letter, story or paragraphs with blank spaces which is to be filled by students with the words given. Third section is about applied grammar and the last is of Reading comprehension. Students have to answer questions from prose, poetry and drama passages.
