The MCA First Year Second Semester Exam has six papers in all. Some of these papers are for 60 marks while others are for 50 marks each. The time duration varies accordingly. For the former, the candidate is given three hours while for the latter he is given about two hours. All questions in the paper are of essay type with the marks assigned corresponding to each question. All of them are compulsory. There may or may not be internal choices for the papers. You should solve model questions papers given on the university site to understand paper pattern better.
