Basics of Environmental Studies are an important first semester subject in the Gujarat Technological University. The student is given two and a half hours to answer the five 14 mark questions. These questions have sub parts of around 6 to 8 marks depending on how the question can be answered. The student may or may not get choices in answering a question as there can be an optional question, an optional part in a question or no option at all. This is done to ensure that the student has clear knowledge of the subject and is prepared for all types of questions. Below are attached some of the previous years question papers.
