The Company Accounts Cost and Management accounting subject under Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Foundation Programme is a 3 hour exam of 100 marks. The subject aims at giving the students an idea on cost and some exposure to management accounting techniques. The paper is divided into two sections of 4 questions each of which the first question in each of the sections are compulsory and any two of the remaining three have to be answered from each section. There are plenty of choices in the paper and students can consult previous years question papers to get a clear picture of the paper pattern.
