General and Commercial laws gives a detail description about the basic business laws which helps the students in dealing with the corporate affairs. Thorough knowledge of this subject is very much required since it will be required for the students in their practical life. The test is to be completed within three hours. The first question is compulsory and from the rest seven questions the student can solve any five. The first question is of 20 marks and the rest questions are of 16 marks each and thus the total marks is 100. The paper is difficult since the students have to be aware of all the laws.
