The recruitment procedure of iSoft is a three stage process. The first stage of recruitment is a written test, the second is a GD and the last stage is a personal interview. The written test is usually of 70 marks and the cutoff marks are 50. However, the maximum and the cut off marks are variable. There are three sections in the written test. The first section is quantitative aptitude, the second section is verbal section and the last section consists of C questions. There are 25 questions in the first sections, 25 to 30 questions in the second and 30 questions in the third section. Below are attached some of the previous years question papers.
