The Supplementary exam papers on Network Analysis are a common paper for many courses. There are 8-9 questions of which the students have to answer 5, each question carries 16 marks. The questions have subparts, combining both the theoretical aspects and mathematical problems on Network Analysis. Explanation of Kirchhoff’s Laws, derivation of Reciprocity Theorem, Dot Convention etc are common questions. Students are also asked to draw circuit diagrams and designs, such as the circuit diagram and design of Composite filters. Almost half the paper is based on mathematical problems so the students should not neglect the various laws, theories and their mathematical applications. Students should also know the problems based on T-network and its parameters, calculating the phase constant of a given network with certain given frequencies, cut off frequency of a given T-Network or analyzing it various Y-parameters.
