The question paper consists of three parts. Part A has ten questions, contains 30 marks, and the candidates have to answer any six questions. some of the questions in this section are: what are parallel and perpendicular lines, how to generate characters, write the equation for line and explain its derivation, explain the meaning of normalized device coordinates, explain about composite transformation, write the HMR for translation and scaling, describe concave and convex polygons, explain Midpt subdivision algorithm, explain how to thicken the line segments, explain display procedures in detail and explain the meaning of windowing. Part B consists of 40 marks and the student must answer any four questions out of six options. Some of the questions from this section are: what are line attributes explain about random scan and raster scan systems, what are homogenous matrix representations, and explain how to add clipping to the system. Part C contains 30 marks and the candidates must answer any two questions. Some of the questions are: write the circle generation algorithm in detail, explain about the basic 2D transformation.
