Madurai Kamraj University, M.Sc. In Physics, Optics and Spectroscopy Paper is a subjective paper and each question is of theoretical type. The paper is a conceptual one and does not have any sub-questions in it. All questions are of long answer type. The paper contains 5 questions and each question is of equal marks. Questions asked are such as Fourier transform spectroscopy, Fabry-Perot interferometer, electromagnetic wave propagation in crystal, NMR spectra etc. Every question has its alternative.
