It is important that the individual candidate reads through the entire syllabus structure course before actually attempting the paper. There certain legal complexities that is associated with the internal management of any corporation. Hence, this is concerned essentially with the Administrative Law. The paper contains certain questions on the very important topic of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Constitutional Law, contact law, company matters and hence questions on company law are mandatory. Questions on criminal law since many discrepancies do occur during certain company legal proceedings. The candidates must be aware of how to deal with such issues.
