The main motive of the 5th Sem Radio Frequency Circuit Design Papers is to get in touch with all active and passive components used at the radio frequency level. The paper also gives the perfect information about the circuit designs which are required at radio frequency. Important topics of this paper are chip components, BJT amplifiers, matching networks, parallel and series connections, frequency spectrum, voltage and current laws etc. The total marks is given against the Radio Frequency and Circuit design Paper is 100 and to solve all the questions each candidate is allowed to finish their tasks within three hours. Students can assume some of the data where required, but they need to justify the same. The first question is generally numerical one and hence has been made compulsory.
