The selection process of Polaris is similar to the selection processes of other IT companies. It conducts a written test at first, which is then followed by an interview. Usually the written test is an aptitude test. The questions are divided into three sections: verbal, quantitative aptitude and analytical reasoning. The time allotted is usually 70 minutes. Negative marking can be there or it cannot be there. In some cases they also ask technical questions in the written test, but this is rare. The written test is followed by personal interview- which can be technical or HR or both. Below are attached some of the previous years question papers.
