Mphasis Company recruits eligible candidates form different Institute. The process involves simple three steps, namely the Aptitude test, the GD and the PI. The test has duration of one hour and five minutes and there are a total of sixty questions. The test has four sections namely, English, Data Sufficiency, Mathematics and Data Structure and C++. There is no negative marking observed. The first section has an about ten question, the second and the third sections carries a total of twenty questions each. The last section has a total of ten questions. There are both objectives as well as subjective questions offered in the test.
