Electrical machine design is the study of the machine designing for conversion of mechanical energy to electrical energy. The paper is very important for the completion of electrical engineering. The limitations which come around in machine designing are known only by its sound knowledge. The paper is divided into two parts, part A consists of 10 questions in which all questions are compulsory to answer. The second part: part B consists of 10 questions out of which only 5 are to be answered. Part A consists of all short questions which carry 2 marks each, whereas the questions in the second part carry. Below are attached some of the previous years question papers.
