The engineering students are expected to be good at mathematics by default. They are expected to be well versed with the various aspects of mathematics like calculus and Probability in particular since the various engineering subjects involves the use of these a lot. Also the student needs to be creative to be able to put the various formulae of probability in place accordingly and choose from the various graphs to represent the given data accordingly. The question paper thus contains a lot of questions that test the candidates on the above mentioned abilities.
