The University of Kerala offers the course of B.H.M.S. There are about nine papers in the pen-ultimate year or fourth year of the course. Each of the paper has a maximum of one hundred marks and has three hours duration. Each of the paper is divided into two sections, Section A and Section B, and both of them carry equal marks of fifty. Each of the section has two main questions. The first main question is sub-divided into three questions and each carries a maximum of five marks. The second question is further sub-divided into seven smaller questions and each carries five marks.
