The paper is purely descriptive. There are five questions in the paper and all the questions have to be answered. Within the five questions, internal options are available. Three hours is the duration of the paper and the candidates need to finish answering the paper in the allotted time. While learning, the candidates need to give a lot of importance to definitions as they are of importance. All the questions in the paper are regarding management of various organizations. The paper is marked out of 80 and the candidates need to secure 40% to pass.
