Dear friends, I am looking admission for my son in Army School in Allahabad. I am not in a Defence neither any member of my family. So, in this case my son has a chance of admission in Army School?

Army school is run by Army Welfare Educational Society (AWES). Preference is always given to wards of armed forces officials. If seats remain after admission, then only civilians can take admission.

Hence, it will be difficult to get admission, if you don't belong to Armed Forces, but still you can try for admission. There may be some seats vacant, which is very rare at good schools.
