I got 80% in mca and degree also i got 74% and i got intermediate 61% but i got 10th 53% only which commpanies allow bellow 60% in 10th

It's really hard at times to know that company won't allow us to step in for the selection process when we good % in bachelors degree and 12th but not in 10th but you don't have to worry much about it.

The best thing to do now is to find the job in some small firms as they won't be much interested on the 10th/12th % but only your UG/PG degree.

Make sure that you are prepared for the selection process which happens in the company recruitment for freshers. Usually there will be three rounds which are as follows,

-> Aptitude Test.

-> Technical Interview.

-> Personal Interview.

Just prepare for these rounds while you are applying for the job and you can clear it with proper preparation.

If you feel that you are not getting the job in private companies then the next option will be to apply for teaching jobs which seems to be a better option than to sit idle without any work.

Now a days there are many colleges in India who are in need of professor and also you won't be having the problem of less than 60% in 10th while applying for the professor job as they won't consider those seriously. Just that if you have good know how of your core subjects then for sure you get the professor job.
