Is it difficult to pursue Polytechnic Diploma course for a deaf candidate who is preparing for the 10th Board exam?
Hello Sir, my brother is deaf and preparing for the Board exam of 10th standard. I am thinking for Polytechnic Diploma course for him. So, is it difficult for him to study such Diploma course?
