Dear Sir, I would like to know about the documents which is essentially required for the admission in Kinder Garden Preschool and Daycare, Dimapur for Montessori. Can you please tell me about the documents which I have to submit for my son’s admission? Waiting for your response!

Birth Certificate (original and one photocopy. ...

Transfer Certificate (if applicable).

3 passport size photograph of each child & one each of parents/guardian.

Photocopy of resident proof (Voter Id/Ration card/Passport).

Medical history records and other details about the child that may be important.

- Birth certificate issued by the concerned authority

- Proof of Address

- Proof of Relationship
