Dear Sir, I would like to know about the documents which is essentially required for the admission in Disneyland Public Senior Secondary School Jaipur for Nursery. Can you please tell me about the documents which I have to submit for my son’s admission?

Documents required for Nursery School admission

- Birth certificate

- ID and Address Proof of parents

- Proof of relationship

- Medical certificate of the child

To get admission Nursery admission at Disneyland Public Senior Secondary School Jaipur parents must have to submit the following documents at the time of admission.

1) Parents must have to provide their family Ration Card or Smart Card (either mother or father with the name of the child in it).
2) Domicile certificate of the child or his parents.
3) Voter ID Card of mother or father.
4) EB bill or Water bill or Telephone bill or Passport in the name of parents etc.
