Hi everyone, I failed in 11th standard of WBCHSE Board and now I am going to apply for my Intermediate Board exam from Open Schooling. After getting a marksheet from Open Schooling, I want to study Polytechnic Diploma program in West Bengal. Please tell me about my eligibility.
