Hindi shahithya samellan recognised by jac....please tell me if it is recognized

Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Allahabad was a fake institution whereas Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Prayag was recognized only from 1931 to 1967.

No. Hindi Sahitya Samellan is not recognized by JAC. Hindi Sahitya Sammelan is not an educational authority, a university, or a deemed university.*According to the Society Registration Act, it is a society.
