How can I get my Post Matric Scholarship if applied in 11th standard being 12th Science student?

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a Science student, currently in 12th standard. I have completed my 11th from Maharashtra State Board. When I was in 11th, I have applied for Post Matric scholarship. But till now I haven't received my scholarship. Please tell me how I can get that?
